Cheese making with Awassi Milk.
Cheeses that we will be making are Feta and Jabneh Bayda.
Both Cheese are traditionally made from Sheep Milk.

We will also be tasting some of our Signature Awassi Cheeses.
What to bring – note book, closed in shoes, over shirt, container to take cheeses home in.
( maybe if possible a saucepan 5litre )
I will have –
Cultures, Milk, Heating equipment, disposable Hats, spoons, thermometers, measuring equipment Iodine wash, cloths etc.
