Join Mary & Ronnie as they share their knowledge on different types of modern tiered cakes using alternatives to fresh cream. During this class they will create a two tier dummy cake in the mock royal icing (with glycerine) and a two-tier naked mud cake (to given away in class). Learn the process of assembly, structure and food safety tips that every decorator needs to know before attempting these methods. Finish the day with a comprehensive Q&A session and a copy of Mary’s autographed book Caution! Wedding Cake On Board....and a chance to win the two-tier naked cake RRP $275.00
