We ran this workshop last year and it was fantastic.

Olivia is a very experienced sushi cook and will show us the basics of preparing the rice, to cutting the sushi just right!
All ingredients are supplied, and we have a vegetarian choice as well.
This class has a limit of 10 participants, so get in quick.
Bring along a sharp knife, a cutting board and an apron. Also a container to take your sushi home. Please wear closed in shoes

Artists/artisans need to prepare and buy materials and ingredients ahead of the class. If you cannot make the event you can pass it on to someone else or offer it as a pay it forward for someone in need.
