Olivia is a very experienced sushi cook and will show us the basics of preparing the rice, to cutting the sushi just right!
All ingredients are supplied, and we have a vegetarian choice as well.
This class has a limit of 6 participants, so get in quick.
Bring along a sharp knife, a cutting board and an apron. Also a container to take your sushi home.
